The Board is the whole clubhouse talking: last night's game, this weekend's slate, the take you have been holding in all day at work. Every room has a corner of it — and any member can start a thread.
Reading the public Board is open to everyone. Posting requires an account — that one rule is what keeps the room worth sitting in. Threads come in three visibilities: public, members-only, and House. Light moderation: a report button on every thread and post, and authors can pull their own posts down.

The Board doesn't stop at sports. The Grill Yard, the Brew Room, the Showroom, and the Dock — fishing, with its License Helper — are rooms on this Board, under the same account. Grills, brews, cards, catches: if it comes with a photo, it has a room.
The Board is the whole site talking. Your Pick'em group's private page is just your crew — trash talk, the organizer's announcements, and your results. Two rooms, two volumes.
House members get members-only areas of the Board — smaller rooms, regulars only. One more reason the free sample turns into the full membership.
